The land and the ecosystem it supports is the primary beneficiary of the Bee Hive neighborhub. Membership is contingent upon engaged stewardship of the land, the clubhouse and the community in line with the Earth Trust's principles of engagement.

Respect Boundaries

No Glass Allowed
For safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited in the pool area.

Clean Up Protocols

Please clean up after yourself in all common areas.
Wash Dishes
Rinse and load dirty dishes in the dishwasher or wash by hand.
Take Out Trash
Dispose of all trash and recyclables in the designated bins.
Guest Policy
Monthly Dues
Dues are charged on the 1st of each month and can be paid online.
Liability and Drug/Alcohol Use
Liability
Members assume all risks of injury or property damage while on clubhouse premises.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is permitted, but members must consume responsibly and not drive impaired.
Drug Use
Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited on clubhouse property.
