Welcome to the Bee Hive! Review our guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Earth Stewardship

The land and the ecosystem it supports is the primary beneficiary of the Bee Hive neighborhub. Membership is contingent upon engaged stewardship of the land, the clubhouse and the community in line with the ​Earth Trust's principles of engagement.

Quiet Hours

Respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 9pm to 9am.

Clothing Optional Days/Hours

Wednesdays

Clothing optional from 10am to 3pm.

Saturdays

Clothing optional all day.

Respect Boundaries

Be mindful and respectful of others' comfort levels.

No Glass Allowed

For safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited in the pool area.

Plastic or Metal Only

Former investment banker, UC Berkeley alumni. Paul Graham backed DeFi degenerate. TikToking, Secondary Market buyer.

Exceptions

Glass bottles may be allowed for special events.

Clean Up Protocols

Tidy Up

Please clean up after yourself in all common areas.

Wash Dishes

Rinse and load dirty dishes in the dishwasher or wash by hand.

Take Out Trash

Dispose of all trash and recyclables in the designated bins.

Guest Policy

Up to 3 guests are welcome at a time, but members are responsible for their behavior.

Monthly Dues

Dues are charged on the 1st of each month and ​can be paid online.​

Liability and Drug/Alcohol Use

Liability

Members assume all risks of injury or property damage while on clubhouse premises.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is permitted, but members must consume responsibly and not drive impaired.

Drug Use

Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited on clubhouse property.
